Joachim & Véronique Fontaine
As Pastors & Coaches, they are in charge of planting an EPP church campus in Cagnes sur Mer and are involved in coaching and training. Joachim is also the visionary leader of ExponenCiel International and involved in the Crossing Waves and DCPI networks, where he trains, coaches, mentors and accompanies development.
Passion: to accompany people and churches to flourish, to be equipped and sent out to shine and reflect the glory and power of God, and to live a new dynamic of multiplication and influence to impact the world with Jesus.
David & Myriam Vandeput
Pastors, Leaders & Coaches. David & Myriam have two married children involved in ministry. They lead the Antioche network (ANET, bringing together over 120 churches in Belgium). Both are ExponenCiel certified coaches. Myriam is also a certified John Maxwell coach and David is the current President of the Federal Synod of Protestant and Evangelical Churches in Belgium.
Passion: Passionate about unleashing people’s full potential. Their desire is to see people’s dreams reach their full destiny and form a relevant church that transforms its environment.
Pascale
Van Uffel
Psychologist, co-founder & coordinator of La Houlette-PSY, an association of psychologists working from a Christian perspective in Belgium and France. Pascale is also the author of the book “Vivre la foi, oser la confiance”, and a trainer for ACC-WB, MVF and the Protestant chaplaincy.
Passion: In Jesus Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit, help each person to be freed from what can hold them captive, to restore their spiritual, emotional and relational health with the aim of discovering their potential and practicing the works that God has prepared in advance for their life (Eph 2.10).
Nathalie
Van Opstal
Pastor, psychologist and school coach, Nathalie and her husband are in charge of the Fountains of Silo church. Nathalie is also treasurer of the association la houlette-Psy and works as a counselling trainer and administrator for the Association des conseillers chrétiens WB.
Passion: to accompany and train people to flourish, to accept their God-given uniqueness and multipotential, and to train churches to develop an emotionally healthy spirituality and equip them for harmonious communication to work with this diversity of gifts and ministries but in the unity of His Spirit.
Claire Descheemaecker
A certified coach and self-image consultant, Claire is passionate about helping people find congruence: fully aligning their values, words and actions. She loves to help unleash potential and accompany each person towards a healthy self-image. Her dream is for each of her coachees to take their place in the world, to put their potential to work, and thus to breathe life into those around them.
Passion:supporting change towards greater responsibility and maturity. Helping people take their place and realize their full potential.

Dynamic Church Planting International is a church planting training organization with a vision of planting 5 million dynamic churches to reach the world for Christ. They work by providing tools to equip leaders to fully fulfill the vision God has entrusted to them. DCPI Europe’s vision is to help leaders plant 1 church for every 1,000 people to evangelize the continent anew.
A relational network that connects, equips and multiplies to form a family of partner churches in the harvest. The Antioch Network’s mission is to connect churches, leaders and individuals; encourage city-wide church growth; work for unity in the body of Christ; promote new church planting; and overcome ethnic, cultural and linguistic barriers in Jesus Christ.
The vision of the Crossing Waves network is to create synergies to strengthen the local church for the multiplication of churches and networks to respond to the missionary call Jesus gave us: to make disciples of all nations. Founded on 3 simple values: relationships, reproduction and resources, this network today brings together over 6,000 people in more than 60 churches in 25 nations.
Houlette-psy aims to develop, think, practice and promote psychology from a Christian perspective. It brings together psychologists in Belgium and France who wish to practice their profession in accordance with the Word of God. They intervene to resolve problems, dysfunctions and conflicts in relationships, and on themes essential to our lives and families, in accordance with the Word of God.
