Hello, Have you ever found yourself in a heavy atmosphere? You feel that the atmosphere isn’t yours, but you can’t fight it. You start to feel feelings, emotions, sensations without knowing why you’re feeling them. You’re angry, upset or whatever, but it’s not your fault.
<< First name test >>If you’re feeling down and out, it’s possible to release healthy emotions to restore the atmosphere. Here are a few keys that will help you change the atmosphere around you, and contribute to helping many people regain a healthy climate. Before doing so, immerse yourself again in one of these situations and follow these steps: Shut up! In these situations, always remember that the general atmosphere represents the combination of different individual states. Speaking out to share your anger, incomprehension or even aberration will only make things worse. Silence, on the other hand, will help you to keep your heart, your thoughts and, above all, your discernment in order to better understand what’s going on. Action is better than reaction! Analyze and reflect before acting is essential, pray to make sure you differentiate what’s yours from what’s around you, and reject anything unhealthy so you can pro-act later. Focus! Stay focused on what you want rather than what you don’t want. Once you’ve sorted it out, focus on what you want. What would calm the atmosphere? What do you want to shout and advise everyone around you who’s annoying you? Most people express what they don’t want and hope to get what they do want. But what you don’t want won’t get you what you do want. The brain does not assimilate negation well. So expressing yourself affirmatively will help you change things. Pro-action! You’re responsible for your actions, and now’s the time to be proactive. It’s easy to want everyone to change and blame others, but that won’t change anything either. Being proactive means taking responsibility for your life and giving yourself the means to achieve it. If you want to change things, start by doing things differently. Influence! The key word: do things differently and be part of the solution, be transformational! Let yourself be transformed to transform the atmosphere around you. No matter what the atmosphere around you, it only takes a spark to shatter any dark expanse. Hey NAME, you’re much more than a spark, you’re a star called to shine with a special brilliance (1 Corinthians 15.41). Yes, we’re talking about you, because becoming transformational means allowing yourself to be transformed in order to change the world around you. The best way to get someone to change is to show them such a change, or such an example, that they’ll want to follow it. Be an example! The Bible tells us that the thief comes to steal, slit throats or destroy, but Jesus gives life and life in abundance. No one can steal what belongs to him. This life, this joy, this peace belongs to you. In Acts 1.8, we read that power has descended upon you.
By setting an example and releasing what you have, you release a power that leads others to release this power in turn. You lead others to live in a new atmosphere and to spread it. Even though many may take offence or not understand your attitude, thinking you’re naive or carefree, know that “Staying positive in a negative situation is not naiveté. It’s Leadership” (Franck Nicolas). A leader is there to see and provide solutions! This concludes our series on emotions. Next time, we’ll be starting a new series on relationships: “How to develop a holistic relationship dynamic”.
