Hello, Do you often find it difficult to move forward and make decisions? One of the reasons is probably letting go. We all have varying degrees of difficulty letting go. It’s as if at times we’re trying to move backwards. But how many kilometers could you cover that way? Whatever your answer, you’d probably do a lot more, and with less fatigue, if you just kept moving forward! I’ve got good news for you today: it’s possible, and it’s very simple – it’s called “letting go”! Let’s take a closer look at one of the definitions: to let go is to accept what comes, to change your outlook, to modify your interpretation or sometimes to mourn the loss of something you held dear, to forgive and focus on what’s here and now. Why is this important? Because letting go allows you to free yourself in your destiny! Here are a few keys to help you do just that: Accept that the past is past: you can’t change the past. You can only decide your future. To do this, you may need to forgive, accept the absence of answers or give up certain things. The future is not a matter of chance: your present choices determine your destination and your future. So, by making your decisions today, you can build your future. Question yourself: no man holds the absolute truth. By accepting to question your beliefs, you’ll progress more easily. Some limiting (or blocking) beliefs will disappear, others will become convictions. Finally, move forward! Find a goal, a project and plan actions that will motivate you and generate enthusiasm. Fix your thoughts on positive things by disciplining yourself to use what you have today, and move forward gratefully each day. The end of one thing is the beginning of a new one. So even if it seems hard to accept, we must accept the end of one thing in order to begin something new. Ralph Marston said, “What you do today, can improve all your tomorrows”. So start today, free yourself for your destiny and build your best! In our next Newsletter, we’ll look at a few points to help you discover your best.
