As a member of the Exponenciel network, you have access to supervision. This month we take a look at what supervision is.
Supervision is a monthly one-hour session for professionals; it’s a time to activate your vision and your dreams. It’s a time for sharing between professionals. It breaks down into 3 parts:
- a time for sharing and conviviality
- a time for teaching and resources,
- and finally, a time for small-group practice.
Then, we have a month to put in place the actions that will make us change and move forward.
We’ve already had the pleasure of attending two supervisions, in September and October. If you weren’t able to attend, the recordings are available in your member area.
Here’s a quick summary of what we’ve already experienced.
In September, the theme of “The Power of Imagination” gave us the opportunity to recall the big vision we hold dear, and to “chop it up” into simple, concrete actions that will get us there.
In October, we took a quick look at the “8 criteria for business success”, but these criteria can be applied to both our professional and personal lives.
It’s great to be able to get together every month and share our difficulties and our victories. We look forward to seeing you every first Thursday of the month from 1 to 2 p.m. for our supervision.
